Does Norwegian Cruise Lines Have Coke Or Pepsi Products?

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), the innovator in global cruise travel, has announced its newest partnership with beverage company Coca-Cola. The cruise brand announced that its brand-new ship, Norwegian Prima, will be the first in the fleet to carry Coca-Cola as its official soft drink. This announcement follows the debut of Norwegian Cruise Lines, which has previously offered exclusively PepsiCo products such as Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, and Mountain Dew.

The Norwegian Prima, sailing its maiden cruise this week, is the first ship in NCL’s fleet to carry Coca-Cola. The company plans to switch from Pepsi to Coke throughout the line by the end of the year. The Norwegian Prima will offer endless fountain soda throughout the cruise, including Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Tonic Water, Fanta, and Soda Water. Soda packages are available.

Carnival, Costa, Cunard, Fred Olsen, and Marella all serve Pepsi products onboard their cruise ships. PO and Cunard also offer Coke and Pepsi. It is official that all Norwegian Cruise Line ships will be stocked with Coca-Cola products by December, beginning with Norwegian Prima.

The choice of which beverages to carry plays a bigger role on a cruise ship than it does in a land-based restaurant. Norwegian Prima will be the first vessel in NCL’s 18-ship fleet to carry Coca-Cola as its official soft drink, with the remaining ships to follow suit. As of September 1st, 2022, Norwegian Cruise Line has officially announced its transition from PepsiCo to Coca-Cola products.
