Princess Cruises offers a variety of services to enhance your cruise experience. These include Cruise Personalizer® and the Princess MedallionClass app, which allow you to customize your experience and complete mandatory check-in steps. Online check-in can be completed within 75 days prior to the sailing date, and it is highly recommended to complete this process as early as possible. Guests who don’t complete all the steps in the app will access the Blue Lane for check-in, where our Navigators will help ensure all steps are complete and issue guests their boarding documents.
Passengers can now book their boarding manifest and other mandatory check-in details in the Princess Cruises App. They can also make individual dining arrangements. The earliest boarding time for Princess cruises is typically 11 am, but priority boarding may be possible as early as 10 am. To manage your bookings, you can log in to the Princess Cruises app, access the MedallionClass™ app, manage your Captains Circle account, or create a new account.
Guests can now check in online, pre-book dining, check out fun shore excursions, and print out their boarding documents. To avoid check-in delays or denied boarding, guests must provide Princess Cruises with this information at least 45 days before their cruise.
There are no more boarding times to pick on the app, but passengers can go anytime during the boarding process. Check-in times usually start around 10:30, with Elite and suite guests starting at 10:30. You can access Princess Cruise Lines online check-in 60 days prior to departure and must complete your online check-in no later than that.
