What Time Is Check In For Princess Cruise?

Princess Cruises is implementing a new and improved ship boarding process starting on August 1st, 2023. This change allows guests to arrive within the published check-in window at a time that suits them, with mandatory check-in steps and additional ways to customize their experience. To secure their preferred boarding time, it is highly recommended to complete the online check-in as early as possible.

Guests can access the Cruise Personalizer® and the Princess MedallionClass app to complete their boarding manifest and other mandatory check-in details. The app also offers the option to make individual dining. The standard boarding time for Princess Cruises is typically around noon, but priority boarding may allow passengers to board as early as 10 am and go straight to the front of the queue.

The Travel Checklist is the only way to complete this information and expedite your arrival experience. It is best accessed via mobile devices in the Princess MedallionClass. To avoid check-in delays or denied boarding, please provide Princess Cruises with this information at least 45 days before your cruise.

In the Princess app, click the Home icon on the bottom, click Boarding Pass at the top, and see your QR code on the right. The check-in window (12:30-3pm) will be open from 12:30-3pm.

For domestic flights, the check-in process starts 3 hours and 30 minutes prior to ship departure. Disembarkation will begin once the ship has received clearance from local authorities. You will be notified within the MedallionClass® app when it is time to disembark.
