How Far Is Mullet Bay Beach From Cruise Port?

The cruise port to Mullet Bay Beach is approximately 9 miles or 15 kilometers, and the journey takes around 15 minutes depending on traffic conditions. The beach is located near Maho Beach and the airport, with the cruise terminal in Great Bay and shopping in Phillipsburg about 6 miles apart. There are taxis available for transportation, and Little Bay Beach is a beautiful beach about 4 km away. Mullet Bay Beach is known for its deep waters and amazing snorkeling, and it is just 1.3 miles from Princess Juliana International Airport and 9.6 miles from the Port of St. Maarten.

Mullet Bay is ranked No.3 on the island of St. Maarten and is about a 20-minute taxi ride, with an 8-person fare. There are many taxis available for return trips, but traffic can be busy during ship arrivals. The easiest way to get to Mullet Bay is by taxi from the port, which is a fair distance, and walking from Mullet Bay to Maho is also possible.

A public bus stop is EmmaPlien on Back Street, about a 10-minute walk from the cruise port. After staying at Mullet Bay Beach for 3-4 hours, visitors can walk over to Maho Beach for 20 minutes to watch airplanes land and takeoff at the runway. Mullet Bay Beach is situated in the southwest of the island and is about 14 km from the cruise port, approximately a 30-minute drive.

Mullet Bay Beach is ranked 5 out of 13 things to do in St. Maarten, and visitors can enjoy a spectacular 45-minute ride to Cole Bay Hill before arriving at the beautiful beach.
