The Port of Norfolk, Half Moone Cruise Celebration Center terminal is situated in the heart of downtown Norfolk, Virginia, offering a convenient departure point for cruise ships docked at Nauticus Half Moone Cruise Terminal (officially Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center, aka Decker Half Moone Center). The terminal is located beside Nauticus, the city’s newest and most unique waterfront attraction. The terminal is situated on One Waterside Drive, Norfolk, VA, 23510.

To reach the terminal, take Interstate 64 East towards Williamsburg, Norfolk, Virginia. Proceed through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel into Norfolk and turn right onto I-264 west to Downtown. Designated cruise parking for Carnival passengers is available at the Cedar Grove lot (1000 Monticello Avenue). The Half Moone Center is located on Nauticus along the downtown Norfolk waterfront, offering 80,000 sq. ft. of space home to Virginia’s only cruise ship.

Located along the Elizabeth River, Freemason features beautiful, tree-lined cobblestone streets, manicured gardens, and historic homes. The cruise terminal is next door to Nauticus, the national maritime museum, which also includes the Battleship Wisconsin.
