Princess Cruises has announced the launch of its new next-generation cruise ship, Sun Princess, which will be powered by Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) and will be the largest ship ever built. The ship will carry 4,300 passengers and herald a new class, Sphere Class. The newest Princess cruise ship, Discovery Princess, has been launched in February and is the largest ship ever built. It measures 177,882 gross tons and has made her maiden voyage on February 28. The ship has been designed to provide passengers with a unique experience, offering amenities such as an evolutionary design and new features to help them escape.
The Sky Princess, which made its grand debut in 2019, has retained its allure five years later. The three-story Discovery Princess is the first of its kind to be delivered to Princess from Italy. The Sun Princess is the first ship in the fleet to be powered by LNG, and it will be the largest ship ever built. Tickets for the new ships are now on sale.
