Lil Yachty has continued to collaborate with members of The Sailing Team, including rappers like Kodie Shane and Jbans. The US SailGP team, which was recently acquired by celebrities, moguls, and athletes, has faced challenges in recent times. The US SailGP team’s boat was damaged during a training race in Bermuda, and Jimmy Spithill skippered Team USA to victory in the Spain Sail Grand Prix Cádiz. Sarah Newberry Moore and David Liebenberg secured the last spots on the U.S. sailing team for Paris on Thursday.

The US national team, which is selected annually, comprises the top sailors competing in events selected for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Five of the six crew members on the boat for the U.S. team were sent overboard, but no serious injuries were sustained. The team was one of the six original SailGP teams to kick off the league, and the U.S. was acquired by a private ownership group midway through Season 4. The Sailing Team members include Kodie Shane, Jbans, Earl the Pearll, BigBruthaChubba, The GoodPerry, Erron Vercetti, and Byou, whose beats and rhymes have been a part of the team’s success.
