What Are The Color Levels For Carnival Cruise?

Carnival Cruise Lines offers a VIP Club loyalty program with five levels: Blue, Red, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Guests receive a color-coded Sail Sign card during each sailing to identify their levels in the VIFP Club. It is recommended that guests activate their VIFP Club membership at least eight weeks before their next sailing to ensure they are recognized. Benefits begin with members-only promotions and continue with collectible Carnival items. Gold Members have between 25 and 74 points, while Platinum Members have between 75 and 199 points. The highest level, Diamond, is achieved by accumulating VIFP points. The Sail Sign card color represents the level of loyalty in the VIFP Club. Each day of cruise earns another VIFP point, making it a worthwhile experience for both long cruises and spontaneous getaways. The VIFP Club is a valuable loyalty program for Carnival Cruise Lines.

  • NO…NO….NO…Please go directly to your Muster Station,do muster as soon as you get on the ship, by-pass the bar, by-pass dining. Current muster takes almost no time, no waiting for your muster station to “fill up”. Then you are done, and we can all continue to drink and eat. If you don’t check in and complete muster not only can we not set sail, they WILL close all bars and stop all food service until EVERYONE completes muster!,

  • So my understanding is…this card is linked to a debit/credit card/gift cards etc. with that said, the sign and sail card is then used as a means to cover the “bill” for anything additional on the cruise that wasn’t purchased ahead of time? Ie; photo packages, additional dining, gift shops, additional gratuity at these fine dining restaurants (not included in the basic package of a cruis), etc..??

  • Hi there ! First time sailer ! I’m sailing with two of my friends and I was wondering do they need carnival accounts as well to look at how much they spent ? Currently everything is on my account and we were planning on having cash accounts and I set it up so they each have access to their own account but do they need to create carnival accounts or hub accounts ?Thank you !
