Atlantis offers a “free” day trip to the resort, but it assumes visitors will spend money during their stay. Access to the resort is limited, and without a Day Pass, you may not be able to access much of the property. • How was the food and services you received? I read many many reviews stated that food is incredibly expensive as in burgers and fried for $40 and a family of 4 meal is around $100. And I also read that services are really bad with staffs throwing attitudes and save at customers. It is true? Please let me know your experience because we will be going in November so we can be prepared lol. Thanks ❤😊

  • I was wondering about transportation to and from the airport and hotel. I hear that taxis can cost up to $30 plus, but sometimes they charge for a person and per luggage on top of that. When you booked the shuttle through the Atlantis website, was there a person holding a sign? How do I know who’s picking me up? I’m going solo so I’m kind of terrified about how to get around by myself.

  • We went back in 2012 and my only complaint was they made us have a credit card on file that had a balance to cover the whole cost of the room. I was taken back by this since I already paid for the room. I had to put my debit card on file cuz my credit card didn’t have a high limit at the time. Thankfully they didn’t charge my debit card the cost of the room cuz then I wouldn’t have been able to pay my bills when I got back home. At was my lesson on always have a credit card on hand with a high enough limit in case something happens

  • My family and I visited the Bahamas last April. It was the best vacation I’ve ever had. The most magical moment on the vacation was when we were in the pool and on the beach. It was the one year anniversary of my uncle’s death. Above the pool was a double rainbow in the sky, with a dove shaped cloud underneath it (a definite sign from God). Later when I was on the beach, I went in the water and was surrounded by a school of clear angelfish. I’m not really sure what happebed, but I do know my uncle’s presence was with me.
