Sunsail Yacht Ownership is a program designed to allow yacht owners to own and use their boats without the hassle of traditional ownership. The program offers a guaranteed income program, which provides the same income every month regardless of charter activity, and zero operating, insurance, or maintenance costs. Owner privileges include sailing up to 12 weeks per year, and the option to purchase the yacht outright.
Sunsail offers two ownership programs: guaranteed income or the option to purchase. The guaranteed income program provides fixed and guaranteed monthly income or a reduced purchase price, while the option to purchase allows for up to 12 weeks of holiday per year. Owners can choose between two options: buying the yacht outright, which provides a guaranteed monthly income to help mitigate costs, and professional maintenance provided by Sunsail at no charge.
Owners in the Guaranteed Income program must register their yacht (from £25) and all owners will pay. Sunsail also covers all running costs, including insurance, berthing, and maintenance.
The per person cost of a yachting holiday is usually at or below the cost of a resort holiday or ocean cruise without the crowds. Sunsail yachts, similar to The Moorings, are in the charter fleet for roughly 5-7 years and have similar age classifications. Sunsail classifies each age group as Premier Plus, Premier, or Classic, while The Moorings classifies each age group as Premier Plus, Premier, or Classic.
Sunsail Yacht Ownership presents a parallel program granting access to identical destinations, with a diverse array of yachts available for purchase. Connect with Sunsail Ownership to explore the latest inventory for charter yacht ownership.
