  • Yo Mike. I am new to your website. Ive been binge perusal your workouts and motivational speeches for the last week. What I appreciate the most is your consistency. Your philosophies, in training and in life are the same. I watched a article from 2013 and you were the saying the same stuff, doing the same stretches as a article from 2017. So many youtubers are very inconsistent you can tell its all about views to them. I have already started incorporating some of the lifting techniques you talk about. Did my first bicep gauntlet from CT today 25s down to 5 tho, Im not on your guys level yet. Just wanted to express my appreciation for your website man

  • I definitely got my style of training from CT, Big Rob, and Mike Rashid. Now in reference to “eating meat” and the enzymes in your stomach using up the bodies energy to digest this “meat”. It is true but mostly for beef and pork and people who swallow food vs chewing. You could always chew your food completely which is the first process of digestation, then after swallowing your food and it landing in the stomach the enzymes and acid does it work.

  • Mike man this article was very inspirational i don’t know if you’ll read this but i appreciate you, you changed the way i used to workout and how i think about life. i used to always be negative about things but just you saying you only live once and you can die tomorrow made me rethink my life and just live everyday to the fullest, work hard at everything you do, be kind to people, and always be the hardest worker in the room and even the gym. Thanks man, i hope you come to New Jersey or Philadelphia some time soon it’d be cool to meet you

  • +Mike Rashid, first of all, I want to shout you out because you give some amazing advice that I have used in my workouts and has helped improve my workouts tremendously. I do have a question though. I hear you talk about work to fail a lot in your articles, but I’m kind of curious how you define that. Would you consider that something you can do just once and be done or something you can do at least a couple of times? How far do you think work to fail should go? I am just trying to challenge myself, but not to the point that I’m not really doing anything in my workouts, so I’m trying to strike that balance.

  • Appreciate what youre doing Mike. I eat clean now too. Most ‘regular foods’ served in the US are pumped with preservatives that swell people up through causing inflammation. They know their foods are putting most people’s bodies through stress and inflammation. That’s why many immune systems are susceptible to easy flu, colds, coughs. It’s the westernized diet thats causing all the mayhem with people’s health. The movie ‘Super Size Me’ was the warning. Wake up people. And by the way, you dont need cows milk.

  • You are always a HUGE inspiration. However when you say you can’t avoid those “big lifts” I think it really depends on the person’s body. I would like to think you would agree? But feel free to correct me if I’m wrong. lol. But like you said people should train to there specific needs and have a plan. I’ve seen guys just as big as you who do nothing but calisthenics that’s all i’m saying. Regardless I think that mental health and spirituality are highly underrated and overlooked especially in the gym. God should always be first so that you are never last……
