As long as one of the original passengers remains, you can change names up to 72 hours prior to sailing, and it is not treated as a cancellation. In the US, there is generally no charge for this. For 7-night cruises, a suggested deposit is US$300 per person, while for cruises up to 6 nights, it is US$150 per person. Name changes within 14 days prior to sailing and departure date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to applicable cancellation fees.
