On October 26, the Attessa IV collided with the commercial fishing boat Prowler near San Diego. The yacht has been docked in San Diego for some time, drawing both admiration and controversy. The Attessa IV is a 300-foot long art deco-styled marvel with Gucci details. Washington is an American billionaire industrialist who owns or co-owns controlling interests in a large consortium of privately owned businesses.
