The 28.92 sportfish motor yacht Makara, built in 2016 by US yard Viking, has been sold to Crows Nest Yachts. The yacht was stranded in Delray Beach, Florida, and was eventually pulled from the sandy beach. The buyer, Michael Selter, represented the buyer at Crows Nest Yachts. The Makara is set to replace its predecessor, the 92 Viking sportfish yacht, in response to the international mandate set by the IMO (Tier III). The yacht features a skillfully blended motor yacht quality while imaginatively showcasing a stunning two-level mezzanine.
