Disney Cruise Line offers multiple internet packages based on guests’ online needs, starting at 12 days for a 24-hour period. The new internet offerings are based on type of usage rather than a measured data plan like a 1GB plan. Everything from internet packages to cell phone services and ship-to-shore phone calls is available while on board all Disney Cruise Line ships.

Guests in Concierge will have complimentary internet service depending on their specific accommodations. However, internet connectivity is not something that Disney Cruise Line has a stellar reputation for. Internet packages can be purchased through the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once onboard the ship.

Onboard Wi-Fi allows guests to connect anywhere on the ship, chat, post pictures on social media, or stay connected while at sea. There is no cost to use the onboard WiFi network when used only for the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or to use iMessage on your device. Updated pricing for onboard internet packages is 16 days for the full voyage and 18 days for 24 hours. WiFi is an extra charge and available at the Connect at Sea desk for Facebook, Google, and Youtube. Some people need to buy additional internet packages for their cruises.
