The Cape Liberty Cruise Port is located at 4 Port Terminal Boulevard, Bayonne, New Jersey, and is directly across Route 440 from the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor, which includes the Cape Liberty Cruise Port.

There are three major passenger ship cruise terminals in the Port of New York and New Jersey district, including the Cape Liberty Cruise Port situated in Bayonne, New Jersey. The Port of Newark is the Port Authority for the Cape Liberty Cruise Port.
