  • There is another way. For around 40.00$ you can get a ficticious business name in your local county. And get a Square point of sale for your phone to do business. Use your card to pay yourself for services rendered. This is only an option viable if you get gift cards somehow often through employer bonus or method of regular payments in a given situation.

  • Apparently not every Visa gift card was created equal LOL. This method won’t work for Vanilla gift cards as it stated – “Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions.” Also Vanilla gift cards can’t be registered or tied to an address.

  • I know of one method that works. I sometimes work DoorDash on the weekends as a side gig, and they pay through DasherDirect which is a prepaid VISA card. I have an actual checking account that my full time job paycheck gets deposited to. So what I do is I bring my card to the teller at my bank and have them do a cash advance on my DasherDirect VISA card, then have them deposit said cash into my bank account. I imagine it may work like this with any other prepaid VISA.

  • Thjs doesnt work any longer as paypal has blocked them as of now gift cards not vanilla prepaid cards where theres an option to register (id verify) purely gift cards nothing is this vid would work then, and paypal no longer now. Only vanilla prepaid cards work for money orders or anything else because its “PREPAID” she had to have heard this and ran with it only to find out that it didn’t work and then made a vid 🤦🏾‍♂️
