  • Adrian, this is an extremely helpful article. Will be absolutely fantastic if you also cover the MQTT setup for toe same frigate article ? I’ve seen the old Mqtt tutorial . But it would be fantastic if all the frigate stuff was in one article or article series. Mqtt, frigate docker standalone, then all this with home assistant. Showing how one gets the Mqtt host IP would also be good.

  • Hi Adrian, thanks for the Vid. I’d love to see a vid on making Frigate work on Proxmox with a pci tpu. I’m not able to make it work and it does run ok in a HA VM on Proxmox. I tried your method above but I’m not able to passthrough the TPU to the LXC on Docker. Wow, those sentences look like gibberish. I hope they make sense to you! I am able to get Frigate working on Proxmox as you described above however minus the TPU. Frigate is sensational, I love you are making content on this topic. Cheers!

  • Thanks for the great article, <3 I was up and running in no time, the name , if you struggle to find the right pronunciation head over to google translate, change it to English, type in the word, and hit the speaker icon. lastly, if you didn’t notice, you showed your configs dirty little secrets at the top of the blurred box at 7:56 ish, if this is a password used on the wild wild web you should change it. 👍

  • Hello Adrian, thank you for the extremely helpful article! I am thinking to upgrade the raspi4 4gb I am using with a more powerful (but not power hungry) fanless mini pc, which hardware you suggest? (Since I am using apple I am a little bit rusty on PC’s side) I am running ubuntu core and docker with home assistant, node-red, mqtt, zigbee2mqtt and now frigate
