The cancellation policy for Norwegian Cruise Line tours allows passengers to modify or cancel excursions up to 48 hours prior to arrival in port without penalty. For shore excursion tours, passengers can cancel by writing “Cancel” on the ticket and returning it to the Shore Excursion Desk or Drop Box 48 hours before arrival.
For prepaid reservations, passengers should call 866-896-3152 (for Shore Excursions) and 47 21 95 62 10 (for Dining, Entertainment, and Spa). Norwegian Cruise Line has the right to cancel, advance, postpone, or substitute any scheduled sailing or itinerary without prior notice. If an excursion is canceled, the price of the excursion will be credited to the ship board account. Passengers with sailings booked between January 1 and October 31, 2021, can voluntarily cancel their cruise vacation with no penalty.
