What is the best way to book flights for a large group?
An air charter broker is the best option for booking flights for large groups due to the limitations of commercial flights and group space. Group Space is designed for groups of 9+ passengers, but is typically capped at about 20 passengers. Most airlines are unable to accommodate large groups of 100+ passengers due to online ticket sales and third-party companies reserving seats. An air charter broker has access to large aircraft that can accommodate the entire group on one direct flight, offering customizable flight itinerary options.
If your student travel group is performing at Disney World in Orlando, you can fly into Orlando (MCO) or Sanford Regional Airport (SFB) to save additional costs. Charters can offer direct flights from smaller cities and even cities that don’t normally have scheduled service routes to Florida.
Flying into reliever airports in California, such as Burbank or Long Beach, can save costs and help avoid the hassles of major international airports and traffic. They can work with the group to determine if all equipment and instruments can fit on the aircraft, rather than renting a truck or using ground transportation.

How to save money on group flight bookings?
The cost of traveling has increased by nearly 15 percent compared to 2022, but experts predict a record summer travel season. To save money on a group trip, consider the following tips:
Book far in advance, between 164 and 46 days before travel. Booking further out may not yield savings, and waiting until the last minute can lead to higher prices and fewer options.
Book a vacation rental, such as Airbnb or other vacation rentals, for larger travel groups. The price per person is likely to be lower, and the convenience of a full-sized kitchen can save money on meals by cooking for the entire group.
Buy group travel medical insurance, plan ahead for transportation, split up for activities, and split the costs.
Consider splitting up activities and splitting the costs.
By following these tips, you can save money on your group trip this year and enjoy a more enjoyable and affordable experience.

Cheap Airline Tickets|Flying with Spirit Airlines Hack| Buying Ticket at Airport Hey boo, STOP buying your Airline Tickets ONLINE …
You’re funny! Thanks for the advice and yes I go to the airport to save money on the tickets. Sometimes it works and you save $20 or more. Sometimes you only save about $2. It depends on where you’re flying. I know that I saved about $35 for roundtrip flights from Atlanta to Baltimore. Online the price was $100 and at the airport it was $65.
Kira, I live in PR and my airline is Spirit. I went to the Airport in Carolina where I live and the price was the same. You have to look early on a Wednesday. I have a booking in July, which I booked on line 4 months in advance to go to Jersey. Got a good deal, but the dates right now have no non stops. So I keep on checking.
My issue with spirit is reliability.. not the fact that they charge for everything. It’s easy to do the research to figure them out, it’s how you book a flight and they cancel it or delay it for hours with wack explanations. I went to Boston for a day trip. Going flight was perfect, they cancelled all of the flights leaving that evening due to “weather”.. where all other airlines were still flying out. Ended up having to sleep in an airport and flew out the next morning on southwest. I would have just paid for southwest if I had experience with spirit. That’s why I’m wary of them. If they were consistent and reliable, let’s save! But cancelling flights for no reason costs more in my time. I love to save though so I may give them another shot. Thank you for your tips!
Im about to start a long distance relationship after being in person for 3 years 🥹 and I’m trying to figure out what the best ways to travel is so I can go from Miami to Kentucky atleast 1x a month… do you have any experience with their memberships or how much on average the seats and bag prices adds up… because they’re always charging for everything no? Then it ends up just as expensive as American Airlines 😂 😭
