Can You Refund Yacht Week Tickets?

The Yacht Week website offers a variety of payment plans, including full, automated, and partial payment options. However, cancellations made after 24 hours cannot be refunded, so it is important to ensure that your crew is willing to pay before making a booking.

You can upgrade your yacht, inquire about the price, and find out what is included in the price of a Monohull and Catamaran. If you cannot join your crew, you can request a refund for your spot. You can also pay using an AMEX card.

Yacht Week may use money previously paid to cover cancellation charges or supplier charges without refunding you. Cancellations within 24 hours are possible, and first instalment payments are still required. The yacht departs from the British Virgin Islands, and you have up to 30 days from the booking date to cancel and receive a full refund.

However, Ultra tickets are non-refundable, and you cannot cancel them as they are non-refundable. If you want to sell the ticket, you may claim a full or partial refund, as well as consequential losses. Damage waiver fees will be returned when you return to the marina to check-out, provided no damages have occurred.

If you have any questions about your booking type or booking for 2024, please consult the Customer Service team. If you cancel within the first 24 hours, you can receive a full refund. However, Ultra tickets are non-refundable, and you cannot make individual refunds.

In cases where the service is below expectations, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. If you do not inform The Yacht Week, we may cancel your booking and issue a full refund.

Guests with crew lists not completed 60 days before the departure date can be canceled without any refund rights. If you have paid in full for your booking, you can refund your tickets as part of your 60% refund. Refund requests must be made within six months of the cruise cancellation or scheduled embarkation date.
