Can I Bring Snacks On Msc Cruise?

On a MSC cruise, guests can bring food and snacks onboard, including crisps, sweets, and biscuits. However, there are restrictions that limit the types of food and how they are packaged. Some cruiselines allow guests to bring fizzy drinks, but it is important to check what food and drink you cannot take off the ship when going ashore.

Most cruise lines like Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Norwegian allow guests to bring their own drinks (soft or alcoholic) or snacks onboard. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are all included at no extra cost on an MSC cruise. Guests can choose from Early or Late Dining when booking, and MSC Cruises will be forced to deny access to any guests not complying with these mandated regulations. In the interest of health and safety, beverages and food (including partially eaten or home-cooked items) may not be brought on board either. Exceptions include dry, packaged, and commercially produced foods.

Guests can pre-order bottles of wine, but they are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages on board unless otherwise permitted by security personnel or crew. Boxed wine and partially eaten or home-cooked foods can’t be brought onboard. Local quarantine laws may prohibit certain foods depending on where you’re sailing.

Guests cannot bring their food and drinks on board MSC Cruises. All food and beverages must be purchased from the ship. If you want to have something to take on excursions, consider bringing crisps, juice, and biscuits. Additionally, it is important to check with your cruise line to ensure you are following the right regulations and that you are not carrying any prohibited foods or beverages off the ship.
