Disney Cruise Line offers guests the flexibility to modify or cancel their reservations online, allowing them to change their sail date, edit their travel party, modify their stateroom, or cancel their reservation. To do so, log in to your MyDisney account via My Reservations and select Modify Reservation. From the Modify Reservation page, you can change your sail date, edit your travel party, modify your stateroom, or cancel your reservation.
Guests with COVID-19-related health concerns can receive a full refund in their original form of payment without Disney-imposed cancellation fees or apply their fare. The current Disney Cruise Cancellation Policy allows guests to cancel a Disney cruise without losing money. Guests booked in non-Suite and non-Concierge categories can cancel up to 59 days prior to sailing without triggering cancellation fees. Full refunds are available on cancellations made 60 days or more for bookings made by April 30, 2021, for sailings through September 30, 2021.
To cancel a reservation, log into your MyDisney account and select “Already Booked” from the dropdown menu. For sailings that are five nights or less, your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 90 days before the vacation commencement date. If you are still unable to cancel, call Disney Cruise Line directly for help. You have up to three days prior to your cruise.
For cancellations, amounts paid, minus cancellation fees and other amounts owed, will be promptly refunded. No refunds will be made in the event of interruption. To cancel your upcoming Disney cruise vacation, log into your Disney account and select Modify Reservation.
