Celebrity Cruises offers a temporary policy that allows passengers to cancel their cruise for any reason within 48 hours of their scheduled departure. If booked by March 31, 2022, for sailing dates through Sept. 30, 2022, a full refund can be obtained for cancellations made 48 hours before sailing. If paid in full, the amount will be issued in the form of a Future Cruise Credit (FCC). Credits must be used by May 31, 2022, to book a new cruise departing by Dec. 31, 2022.
Rescheduling a cruise depends on several factors, including the type of booking and the availability of a refundable booking. If a refundable booking is made, rescheduling is relatively easy and can be done online or by phone. For cruises of 5 nights or longer, Celebrity’s Cruise With Confidence program allows travelers booked by January 31, 2021, to cancel their paid-in-full reservations within any of the following penalty phases, up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
Celebrities also allow a one-time transfer of an FCC from any cancelled cruise due to global suspension or under the Cruise With Confidence program. There are no refunds or rescheduling unless the cruise is cancelled for some reason.
Guests can cancel their flight bookings without penalties or fees, and Book Later reservations may be combined with most Celebrity general market offers available to guests in the country where the cruise was booked. Prices and offers are subject to availability and change without notice, and changes to booking may result in the removal of the offer.
