The Infinite Jest yacht, a luxury motor yacht built by Turkish shipyard Turquoise Yachts in 2023, has been successfully delivered to its owner. The yacht, designed by Studio Vallicelli, is both lengthy and epic, reminiscent of David Foster Wallace’s novel. The yacht, which was launched in March, embarked on an extraordinary journey after her maiden voyage in the Mediterranean last summer. It marks the first collaboration between Turquoise Yachts and Sinot Yacht Architecture Design, who handled the yachts interior alongside Julie.
The yacht’s top speed is 17.0 kn, with a cruising speed of 15.0 kn and a maximum cruising range of 7000.0 nm. The yacht’s interior was styled by Dutch designer design house Sinot Yacht Design, which provided guest accommodation such as owners suite, private deck, office, 5 guest cabins, 1 VIP cabin, and 8 double crew cabins.
The 75-meter yacht will now embark on her maiden US Millionaire Yacht journey. The company, founded by Sander Sinot, is known for its innovative and environmentally conscious designs. The yacht has recently completed a trip to Antarctica following its delivery in July 2023.
The owner of the Infinite Jest, IMO 9877200, is Kate Lardy, who discovered the yacht’s elegant and adventurous spirit. The yacht is now safely in the hands of her owner and crew as she makes her way to the Mediterranean for the rest of the summer.

Does Mark Zuckerberg have a yacht?
Mark Zuckerberg’s new yacht, Launchpad, is enjoying its summer debut. The megayacht recently stopped in Mallorca and has since ventured further into the Mediterranean. It looks like Zuckerberg may dethrone Jeff Bezos as king of this year’s superyacht season.
While the Amazon founder made waves last year with the debut of his megayacht Koru, Zuckerberg is the name on the yacht world’s lips this season.
By May, the transaction seemed all but confirmed when both the yacht and Zuckerberg made their way to Panama to celebrate his 40th birthday with a fete that included a few spins on his infamous hydrofoil.
Now that summer is here, Zuckerberg has debuted Launchpad —and her support superyacht Wingman — on the biggest stage in the yachting world: the Mediterranean.

Who bought Steven Spielberg’s yacht?
The original Seven Seas – whose name is inspired by Spielberg’s seven children – measured 282 feet and boasted an expansive spa, gym, beauty salon, and, of course, movie theatre. But the four-time Academy Award winner sold the ship to Canadian billionaire Barry Zekelman in 2021 for a cool $151m (the ship has since been renamed Man of Steel).
It seems Spielberg has caught the superyacht bug; the new Seven Seas is even bigger and more lavish than her predecessor. So, what do we know about the director’s latest ship? While Oceanco has remained relatively tight-lipped on the project, a few key details have emerged which we’ll dive into here.

She was built by Oceanco – the same shipyard that made Spielberg’s old boat in Alblasserdam, a town in the western Netherlands around 12 miles from Rotterdam. Omani billionaire businessman Mohammed al Barwani bought the luxury shipyard back in 2010 (he also owns Turquoise Yachts in Istanbul).
