Blind Date, a 47.0 m motor yacht built in the Netherlands by Heesen Yachts in 2009, is one of eight 4700 models. It was initially named Blind Date after Peter Hochfelder, founder of Brahman Capital Management, and later owned by Russell Weiner. The yacht’s interior was designed by English designer Keech Green, who worked closely with the owner. Blind Date was originally built for a European owner but was refitted under American ownership in 2005 for a complete overhaul.

Blind Date has a top speed of 15.50 knots and a cruising speed of 14.00 knots. She is powered by two 6125a diesel lugger engines and uses a twin screw propulsion system. The 49m superyacht BLIND DATE is to be renamed ROCKSTAR following a repaint.

Heesen Yachts has also delivered the 80m (262ft) superyacht GENESIS to its new owner, setting a new benchmark for the yard as the largest yacht builder. The yacht has a beam of m, a draught of m, and a volume of GT.

The 35m superyacht BLIND DATE was built by Benetti in Italy and delivered in 2003. The yacht was initially named Blind Date and was owned by Peter Hochfelder, the founder of Brahman Capital Management. The current owner of the 35m yacht is Douglas Barrowman, who uses it privately.
