  • We stayed here this June & last year too whilst it was undergoing refurbishment. Staff are really friendly & we had no complaints. Unfortunately we have had to book a different hotel (Elizabeth House) for our next cruise as our son will turn 16 in the meantime & Premier Inn don’t allow a third guest to be 16 or over. Shame.
