The Rome Cruise Terminal is the main terminal at the Rome cruise port, located in the city of Civitavecchia. It offers numerous cruise lines at all its piers, including Piers 10, 11, and 12. The port is accessible via free shuttle service, and passengers can also take the pedestrian exit of Varco Vespucci.

To get to the port, passengers can use the train, taxi, or shuttle service. The most popular methods include the train from Civitavecchia to Rome’s central station. The port is an hour away from Rome airport and is situated on the northern outskirts of Civitavecchia, approximately 45 miles north of Rome.

Civitavecchia is an important port city with a population of 53,000 and is one of the busiest cruise ports in the Mediterranean. The port is located within the main harbor just outside the charming coastal town of Rome, less than 50 miles away. It takes about 40 minutes to get there on the express train.

All cruise ship piers are located along the Cristoforo Colombo antemurale, with the exception of Pier 25 which is located on the opposite side. The Rome Cruise Port, also known as Port of Civitavecchia, is an hour’s journey from Rome’s Eternal City.

Royal Caribbean has cruised from the Rome Cruise Port, offering various transportation options and information about the port. The traffic is concentrated in the four cruise ship docks managed by Roma Cruise Terminal (RCT).
