The six Hawaii cruise ports that cruise ships can dock or tender at are Lahaina, Maui Island, Kahului, and Kawiliwili. The ports schedule lists all ships with cruises going to or leaving from these ports. To see the full itineraries, including port of call dates, arrival departure times, and their lowest rates, follow the corresponding ship-link.
Cruise ships visiting Maui either dock at Kahului or Kahulu, Maui’s commercial hub on the east side of the island. The town’s waterfront is lined up with ships and sailboats, and sand beaches are located east of downtown. There is a bus stop near the Lahaina cruise port, allowing passengers to take the Maui bus for a day trip from the cruise ship on their own.
Kahului Harbor, located on Maui’s north central shore, serves as both an important commercial port and an international cruise ship harbor. The main port of Maui is Kahului Harbor, which is closed indefinitely due to the closure of Lahaina Harbor. Cruise ships anchor in the Lahaina harbor and tender passengers to the old pier area.
There are several options for travelers to get from the dock to restaurants and shops, or take a taxi to nearby areas. The harbor is situated on the west coast of Maui, and there is only one cruise ship berth at Kahului. The Maui cruise port welcomes cruise ships to Kahului and Lahaina Harbors, offering beautiful views of the harbor and Pacific Ocean.
