What Nfc Injection Is Used For Equiplite Sailing Blocks?

Equiplite products are equipped with an NFC chip injected into their synthetic and hardware, allowing users to read data about their performance and usage. The Equiplite Double Sheave Style products use a proprietary certificated fibre loop to handle most of the load in blocks, while the DSK 75 Ultra loop is used for quick connectors, blocks, and deck loops. The NFC chip improves identification, maintenance history, and block position.

Snatch blocks are versatile tools used for bigger rigging jobs or fine tuning on yachts or boats. They come with a NFC identification chip, which helps track maintenance history and block position. Most sailors use these blocks to lead spinnaker sheets and guys, function as a temporary turning block for a preventer, or provide the right angle for an outboard genoa. Equiplite hardware for cruising and racing yachts includes connectors, blocks, furler systems, soft padeye, and soft hanks.

There are two styles of snatch blocks: traditional metalplastic snatch blocks and modern Loop Block alternatives from Colligo, Antal, and Karver. The NFC chip provides all technical details needed for the past item.
