The Black Flag Rule (RFS 30.4) states that a boat must not have any part of its hull in the triangle formed by the ends of the starting line and the first mark during the last minute before starting. If a black flag is displayed, no part of a boat’s hull should be in the triangle formed by the ends of the starting line and the first mark during the last minute before starting.
The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) contains a suggested mechanism for scoring at regattas, detailed in Appendix A of the rules. However, a regatta doesn’t have to use this system. The number of races scheduled and the number required to be completed to constitute a series shall be stated in the notice of race or sailing instructions.
BFD stands for Black Flagged, meaning a boat is deemed to have prematurely started a race that is started under Black Flag and is disqualified from that race. Sailors dread the Black Flag, as it may appear as the skull and cross bones. BFD can be scored while being in the triangle at the start of a race which is not general recalled. Boats are scored BFD when the number is displayed.
BFD and UFD mean that a boat is disqualified in accordance with rules 30.3 or 30.4. A disqualified boat can retire, and abbreviations can be found in Appendix A – section 11.
In sailing, the start is a massive part of the race, as gaining a few centimeters of forward advantage compared to rivals can lead to redress under Rule 62.1d.

When I was scrolling on YouTube looking for a article, this BFDI season appeared. I thought nothing of it. But it keeps appearing no matter what, so I clicked on it to see what’s it about. After perusal season 1, I wanted to watch more BFDI articles. Now BFDI is all over my YouTube now. Thank you, Micheal and Cary for making me become a BFDI fan.
Can we just take a moment to thank Michael and Cary and the crew for all the work they put into making a hell of a good series like this. It’s crazy that the show started 11 years ago and every day the community is growing bigger by the second. Can’t wait to see the season finale of BFB, got a feeling there will be tears shed though.

There’s something about pre-tpot that made bfb so good! The hosts dont rlly hit the same and I kinda missed when the hosts were terribly drawn and four was truly heartless which made the show a billion times funnier, the dull but iconic backgrounds,the kinda dark and dramatic undertones, and my most beloved scenes came from battle for bfdi, but ofc battle for bfb was good too! Loved the inspirational and amazing animation, and my sympathy for four when his show got cut in half.

I think it would be cool if Jacknjellify made a side series talking about the character’s day to day lives. Each episode would be for a different character, and they could really help to explain character backstories and lore, or whatever the characters are doing after BFB ends. Especially alien characters like Four, X, the rest of the algebraliens, and the Announcer; we hardly know anything about them.
I watched the whole thing, and boy it was long! During this 3 hour article, I only ate 2 slices of pizza and three quarters of water in a small mug. Is BFB better than my life? Well, kinda. Anyways, the team name is A Better Name than That, but I heard 4 say ANOTHER name than that. Also, I love when Bomby says, YOU OWE ME A BANANA! But, for BFB 15,the voting screens looked so different! Plus, if you didn’t know what Fanny was talking about in BFB 16, she meant that she never wanted a BFB, but she wanted a BFDI. Until, she switched to Two.
I just noticed something Loser and Blocky Blocky is just Loser, but the face is on one of the sides and is red Loser is just Blocky, but the face is on one of the corners and is yellow And Lolipop is right. Donut isnt a donut, they are more of a Bagel (brain) And, if you flip Four upside down, they turn into a Chair lol
Here’s a list of why I love the following characters: X: He’s relatable and huggable Flower: She’s had great character development since s1, turning from a jerk to a generally likeable character. Woody: He’s not as scared anymore and he’s grown as a person Leafy: She’s energetic and positive Firey: Firey. TD: I feel a connection with her sometimes. Evil Leafy: Evil Leafy was supposed to appear in IDFB, meaning she has a chance to appear again, plus I really like the idea that Leafy is a two-sided person. I’ve always loved this show. Honestly, I remember starting to back at the end of BFDIA, and i have this one distinct memory of showing it to my friend. Soon enough when the 3rd season came out i didn’t like the new art style but then came to appreciate it. I’ve always had attachment to a lot of the cast and as i grew older i’ve loved this show even more. Thank you, JacknJellify.
I have a few words. I discovered this series about a year ago, and at the time, I thought it wasn’t a very good series. But, as I’ve come to love Jack’nJellify’s work, I discovered that this was one of the best animated Youtube series I’ve seen in years. So, thank you Jack’nJellify for everything.(P.S. I discovered the series through a meme that included Super Mario Galaxy music).
Death P.A.C.T is the coolest and most put-together team out of all of them and nobody can change my mind. It has 3 of my favorite characters (Remote, Bottle, and the gigachad Black Hole) and everyone on the team is actually dedicated to their team’s gimmick for the sake of doing it, save for Liy who got eliminated immediately.
2:54:34 just shows how JnJ take smaller more insignificant details and expands them to WHOLE FREAKING EPISODES! E.G: the timestamp in where barf bag feels incredible after bomby dunked barf bag in the lava heated water. JnJ took that and made it into TPOT 10 (i think) Where after barf bag is filled with the vomit infected lava, causes a zombie out break. This is very inginuitive and creative and as a oerson having a creative mind, ican respect that😎
i really feel crazy about how this serie started lamentably i wasnt there but i knew there was a potencial(sorry if my english is bad) and i love how this serie(for me movie) has been moving on thanks guys for this masterpiece it makes me feel happy and distracted at the same time 😉 my heart is for you guys
I’m rewatching this for summer! Honestly, my object show hyper-fixation was the best hyper-fixation of my life. Every night I watched BFDIA, and I watched this every day while eating mac and cheese. I love bfdi and the object show franchise so much, because it is so comforting and the challenges and different shows are always so creative.

I remember when I was 11(and when season 2/bfdia had just started) and my friends convinced me into perusal this series during an animation club because “We can take inspiration from it!” and I developed a special interest with this silly animated contest. I have never felt so at home perusal something before I found this. I’ll always be grateful for the fact this series was made and that my friends and I are able to share an interest which we can all talk about and enjoy. 🙂
I wanna share that this is my first time finally perusal bfb after catching up with bfdi and bfdia, it’s currently 2:30 am as I type this. I’ve seen a lot of bfb characters ik fanart, and so this is my first time actually seeing them in action I’m being fully serious when I say that literally nothing could’ve prepared me for Losers godamn voice
