St. Thomas, the US Virgin Islands’ premier cruise port, hosts cruise lines such as Azamara, Carnival Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, Crystal, Cunard, Disney Cruise Line, and Holland. The port has two docking locations, the West Indian Co. Dock (WICO) and Crown Bay Dock (CB), located in the west and east part of Charlotte Amalie. The cruise port calendar displays all scheduled arrival and departure dates in a timetable format.
St. Thomas is home to the Havensight Terminal, which offers a variety of amenities for cruise passengers. The port also features a tourist info office, shopping, taxi fares, car rental, and nearby attractions. The port map provides information on ship locations, arrivals, and departures for all three islands.
Cruise ships visiting the U.S. Virgin Islands stop in St. Thomas, St. Croix, and St. John. The schedule displays information for all three islands together. St. Thomas has two cruise ports: Havensight and Crown Bay, both located on the south side.
St. Thomas Island USVI cruise port schedule 2024-2025-2026 includes opening hours from Monday to Saturday from 0900-1700. Some larger shops may be closed during cruise ship operations, but downtown should have most open no matter where a ship is docked.
In summary, St. Thomas is a popular destination for cruise ships, offering a variety of amenities and activities for visitors.

Hi TrvFlamingos, thx for the clear, complete port guide. We went to Charlotte Amalie on the 1 of our only 4 cruises. When we finally return in 2023 we are going back to the MountainTop! We originally saw it through a ship tour which included: Paradise Point Tram, short Island tour and MountainTop… Unfortunately we found there just wasn’t enough time to see it all through that tour, so next time we will try a taxi direct.!
Hi guys. Brings back memories of our 2016 Royal Princess stop at Crown Bay. Wife and I took a taxi to St.Peter’s Great House and Botanical Gardens overlooking Megan’s Bay, but unfortunately, since hurricanes Irma and Maria, has not yet reopened. Upon returning to the port area, we did some shopping and had some cold refreshing drinks with friends at the tiki hut bar near the rocks with the multitude of iguanas. We took many pictures of those creatures as well as the ship from there. Our Emerald Princess cruise in late February/early March will, I think, stop there rather than Havensight port. Regardless, loved St. Thomas! Great vlogs ! 👍👍👍
