It’s not a purely a budget airline. It’s actually a hybrid Premium Low Cost airline. Meaning to say that you pay everything including food, luggage and seats depending on which route. This is based on my experience on the Brisbane to Kuala Lumpur flights via Bali. But they cut cost on certain things such as limited entertainment options, main meals that’s been complemented with snacks rather than proper desserts, and drinks of course. So the prices are generally higher than full budget carriers but lower than full premium airlines. And yes the legroom is generous. Had a Good experience with them.
