How To Remove Frigate From Fleet?

In No Mans Sky, it is easier and more reliable to delete frigates using the NMS Save Editor. To remove a frigate from your fleet, click on it in the fleet management UI on the freighters bridge and press R3. However, there is no way to delete specific fleet ships from the fleet. To remove a Frigate, go into your fleet management on your Freighter bridge, highlight the Frigate you want to remove, and press R3 on your Ps4 controller.

Frigates can be recruited once you have a Freighter in No Mans Sky NEXT. To remove them from your fleet, hold R3 on your console and hold down the right thumbstick button. From the Frigate Management Screen, highlight the Frigate you want to delete by holding the cursor over it on the list and then push down on the screen.

When guiding a fleet on a new mission event, you can find another freighter fleet and approach it. Green icons appear on your screen when you approach it. The solution is not for a capital to pay attention to a frigate but for the player fleet to have frigates or destroyers to deal with them.

After all three ships safely exited the abyss, you can dock up with your main character and replenish wasted filaments with a new batch of 3 T5. If you have a test_cam in a Frigate that you cannot get rid of, any ideas on how to do this?

Assigning Ships. You’ll need a drydock to use ships. Each drydock can have at most 1 ship assigned to it. What happens to your frigates when you buy a new freighter?

You’ve got enough warning that you should be able to move all general storage to exosuit or ship storage, depending on your inventory management style. You can also reclaim materials from breaking down the tech items – but leave the matter beam or it’ll be hard to collect.

Push down on the D-Pad & bring up the menu that summons the freighter. There should be two options to ‘summon freighter’ & ‘dismiss freighter’. Select the dismiss option.

Freighter bases were supposed to automatically transfer to any new freighter you purchased w/ the Next update. That broke when HG introduced the freighter update a little while ago around the time of Expedition 8.

The workaround used to be to leave ‘1’ of something (i.e. Ferrite Dust) in General (Cargo now) & you’d be prompted to transfer items from the old freighter to the new one and then another prompt to transfer your base. I haven’t gotten a freighter on my Switch save yet. So, I haven’t been able to test this out to see how to progress.

You could try to package up all the tech in your Technology of your current freighter & moving it over to your Exosuit Cargo. Package up the Matter Beam last otherwise you won’t be able to move stuff over to your Exosuit inventory from the freighter Cargo. Leave one item you don’t care about in the Cargo of your old Freighter to initiate the dialog boxes to move inventory over to new freighter. This should prompt the second dialog box to transfer your current base freighter base to your new freighter. If all goes well, you should see your freighter base in your new freighter. Once you choose to purchase the new freighter, the game will autosave. This is where manual saves were wonderful if the base didn’t transfer over. You could always reload. Check the times on your saves. Hopefully when the game autosaves it doesn’t overwrite your restore point just in case something doesn’t transfer over.

How many frigates can you own?

These ships are larger than a single-user starship, but smaller than a freighter; roughly the same size as traditional frigates. What is the hardest ship to get in no man’s sky?

By far the most difficult ship to acquire, living ships are hatched over multiple days from Void Eggs rare items purchasable with quicksilver aboard The Space Anomaly. They require multiple pieces to be assembled and communicated with but offer rich bonuses and highly unique styles that make them eye-catching choices in the game.

Unfortunately, living ships suffer from one huge flaw: traditional upgrades don’t work on them. Instead, players must hunt down organic modifications that can take a long time to accumulate.
