How To Get To Medano Beach From Cruise Port?

Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, is a popular destination for travelers. Visitors can walk around the marina or take a water taxi to reach it. The ship will anchor at sea and passengers must tender by small boat from the ship to Dock 5. There are numerous water taxis available at the cruise pier to take you to Medano Beach.

Medano Beach is the most popular beach in Cabo San Lucas and is a 10-15-minute taxi or water taxi ride from the port or about a 30–40-minute walk. The main beach near the cruise port is Playa Medano, which can be seen from the decks of ships by looking to the right of the marina.

To get to Medano Beach, visitors can walk around the marina, turn left, go up the hill, and see a sidewalk beside One Medano. Go down that sidewalk and end up at Medano Beach. A water taxi that offers a bay tour (Lovers Beach, the stinking sea lions, and the Arch) before dropping you off at Medano Beach is available for a one-way ride for 5 people.

Medano Beach is a two-mile stretch of sand that hosts many of Los Cabos’ best resorts, restaurants, and cantinas. It is a 20-30 minute walk around the marina, and visitors can also take an inexpensive pedi-cab to reach the beach.
