How To Get To Alesund Aquarium From Cruise Port?

The Atlantic Ocean Park in Alesund, Norway, is conveniently located on the waterfront and is about 4 km2.5 miles from the cruise port. The aquarium features a variety of exhibits with fish, seals, and is one of the most particular Aquariums in Europe. It is built into the coastal landscape at Tueneset, the coastline west in Ålesund. The best way to get from Ålesund to Atlantic Sea-Park costs only 15 and takes just 6 minutes.

To get there, you can choose to walk, bike, take public transportation, or drive to Atlanterhavsparken Aquarium. There is a bicycle rack right outside the main entrance. From the cruise port, take a short walk to Dronning Sonjas Plass to pick up bus line 1, which leaves from the city center every hour from 10.30. The price for one way is 41 for adults and 21 for children.

The best way to get from Ålesund to Atlantic Sea-Park costs only 15 and takes just 6 minutes. Plan to spend 1-2 hours at the aquarium. A hop on bus drops you right in the city center and walking around the town is easy. The closest stop is called Tuenesvegen, and it is about a 10–15-minute walk from the cruise port into the city.
