With a design that improved upon that of Queen Mary, she was slightly larger, being 12 feet longer than her sister ship. She was the largest ship in Cunard Line’s fleet and was delivered in 2010.

The Queen Elizabeth was the second-largest ship that Cunard Line had commissioned, with a gross tonnage of 90,400 GT and a length of 294 meters. It was slightly smaller than its predecessor to pass through the North America West Coast. The ship currently operates at a speed of 18.5 knots (34 kmh 21 mph) en route.
