  • Loads of excellent Uriage products. At least a select few do mention them once in a while. L. Posay, Avene, Bioderma – staples of my skin care routine for years. All over the net, which is good! As of 3 years ago started using Uriage ones (body, face) – amazing line. Amazing. And more than affordable. ♥️

  • The title of this article is so cute! 🙂 You made such a deep dive into the greek pharmacies, some of these products I’ve never tried myself and I go into pharmacies in greece like a police dog on the hunt. One sunscreen that probably would’ve suited you well would be the frezyderm velvet spf 50+ which is fragrance and alcohol-free, I believe. Congratulations on moving to your new house, I hope moving was not too stressful and you already feel at home with your pup Piper.

  • I’m Greek and it’s great seeing you include Greek skincare brands in your chanel! Could you also consider trying and reviewing La Vie En Rose products by Dimitra Katsafadou? It’s a new Greek brand which at the moment is considered to be one of the best. I’d love your opinion on it as I trust you a lot.

  • If you want a high protection sunscreen with a beautiful tint, I can’t recommend the Colorescience Sunforgettable Total Protection Face Shield enough. It is mineral SPF 50 and has a beautiful, long lasting tint. It’s Classic shades is one of the only tinted sunscreens I’ve found that isn’t too orange for my pasty skin (it’s a very light pink color) but it also comes in medium and deep shades. The tint is so nice on me that I don’t need to wear foundation anymore! This provides just the right amount of redness relief and coverage.

  • Just so you know my lovely, Avène is pronounced Av -ENN. Not aveen as the (French) accent is over the e (è) like in the word Très. I loved this article, I’m so nosey so love seeing hauls. The pharmacy products in Europe are amazing. I live in london so lucky to access them but I still use Koren products more strangely. Thank you for sharing. Also as usual I’m Loving the podcast, it’s my favourite 🤩 xxx

  • Hi Kelly, I really enjoyed your articles from Greece, thanks for taking the time to work on vacation 🤗🙌🏻 I am actually in holiday in Croatia as we speak ( am living in UK) and you should see the amount of sunscreens I brought with me ☺️😆 about 4 for the face ( mineral only for me ), one for the eyes only, one spray for face, 2 for lips and 2 for body 😊 yes I am little crazy BUT …Am only on my second day here and indeed I can already see my melasma getting darker 🫣 hat on all the time, 2 layers of SPF on the face in the morning and top on during the day and still the pigmentation won’t stop coming through. So yes, I totally understand when you said why you felt your sunscreens didn’t perform as you wished. I have Mediterranean skin type ( originally from Romania ) so the pigmentation is at home with me 😆🤷‍♀️

  • Hi Kelly I live in Scotland and the UK has most of the European brands mentioned. I have super reactive, rosacea and eczema prone skin, so I have to be very cautious about what I use. I use a lot of Avene, LRP and Bioderma tbh, although I have used some Uriage, Korres yoghurt line and even some Apivita hair stuff. In my day to day life I use a mixture of French pharmacy and Korean skincare. A random favourite is the Caudalie grape water (the only fragrance free product in their line lol) and an alternative to the mineral water in the can from the other brands. For spf I use the baby versions on the body of the likes of Avene and LRP – they usually have less fragrance. For the face I either use mineral spf for incidental use or Ultrasun for high UV days (yesterday it was over 30 celsius here or 86 fahrenheit, which is higher than normal for us and I wore the Ultrasun). My face doesn’t do well with even the baby versions of the Avene and LRP, but my body tolerates them fine despite the eczema – it’s the rosacea that hates them. You may be able to get some of the favourites again, by ordering them on UK or EU websites that ship internationally. Best wishes.

  • Very, very beautiful haul ….i live in Greece and i would have recommended to try A-derma it is my favourite brand especially for sensitive skin. Also two other Greek brands Froika and Frezyderm…. check them . And if you want any help to get anything from Greece, let me know. You have friends here Kelly …

  • My favourite greek sunscreen is Frezyderm Velvet Face SPF. It’s amazing and feels like velvet on the face. I usually go more heavy-duty in the summer when I go out, but this is great for the rest of the summer. It’s a bit silicone-y but it’s great with makeup and for a more matte look. For heavy-duty sunscreen for days in the sun, you can’t go wrong with the La Roche Posay Anthelios Line though.

  • Aw it’s sad that I can’t get those where I live. Because of local taxes and shipping fees I was unable to get foreign skincare products and have to look in the locals brands fron my country. They do bring Avene and LRP but not the recently launched products. Hopefully I find one good sunscreen that replaces my korean favorite ones haha
