Hi Nicole. I cannot stress how much assistance can be found through your local senior centers. I’m still far off from 60, might not even make said age. Anyhow, I am physically-impaired and have mostly resided in very small towns in an even more rural state. Senior centers have been a godsend with everything from medical equipment, elders that still drive willing to take me to dr. visits, & they also have folks willing to help you fill out paperwork.
